NOTICE – Route 134 Sidewalk Upgrades Phase 2

Please be advised that the Town of Beaurivage will be initiating the Sidewalk Upgrade project on Route 134 (Principale Street) on November 11, 2025.

The project involves replacing the sidewalk along the southwest side of Route 134 (Rue Principale), from Civic 10510 to Civic 10468, including a section of sidewalk at the intersection of Principale Street and Soleil Couchant Street. These improvements will enhance the pedestrian experience, given the current condition of the sidewalks.

Some properties may be affected during the execution of the work; however, the owners will be notified in advance. We would like to inform you that all affected properties will be reinstated before construction is completed.

There may be times when access to your driveway is temporarily blocked during regular construction hours. During these times, you will be required to park on the street to allow the work to be done. The driveway access will be restored within seven (7) days after sidewalk installation. We also request that during property restoration, all efforts be made to avoid walking on newly landscaped areas until they have set.

Due to the work on Principale Street, a temporary lane restriction will be in place. Appropriate signage and traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage the traffic during construction.

The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of November 2025. The work hours will typically be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Any residents that have special needs that require attention during the construction period should contact Englobe at the numbers listed below.

We recognize that the planned work will be an inconvenience, and your patience during these upgrades is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions regarding this subject, please do not hesitate to contact us at the numbers listed below.
