Director
The Director of Protective Services is responsible for all aspects of public safety and emergency response in the Town of Beaurivage. He oversees the fire department, police, municipal enforcement, dog control and emergency management.

Fire Department
The Beaurivage Fire Department is responsible for all aspects of fire protection and rescue services in the town.
The Beaurivage Fire Department operates two fire stations. Station 1 is located in the Richibucto Ward and Station 2 in the Saint-Louis-de-Kent Ward.
Close to 45 dedicated volunteer firefighters train and respond to dozens of calls each month, whether it be fires, rescues, accidents or medical calls.

Police Service
The town of Beaurivage is served by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police,
South-East District.

Municipal Enforcement
The Town’s dedicated team in the Protective Services Department provide a vital education service to the community and, when required, investigate by-law complaints fairly and in a timely manner. The accuracy of the information provided by residents reporting a by-law infraction greatly assists in the investigation of the complaint.
